We accept returns for any standard childrens sized items you're not happy with, for free, for a full refund. We cannot accept the return of adults sized items. You can request a return for upto 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unlaundered, in their original packaging and not damaged or marked.

When requesting a return, please quote your order number. This can be found in your account or on any emails you have received regarding your order. You can also reply directly to any emails you have received regarding your order. Refunds can only be processed using the original payment method. Refunds will only be completed once we have verified that the returned items meet the conditions above.
